They highlighted the simplicity of designing and scheduling the messages, and the shortcode makes it easy for the customers to start a conversation. **What do you dislike about Inalambria?** Today, language support in Inalambria is somewhat restricted. I provide linguistic services to multicultural clients, yet the website presents some of the most in-demand languages but there are certain major target segments missing. **What problems is Inalambria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inalambria has completely changed how interact with my customers. The mass messaging sever alone saves me so much time than if I had to use my own time to use other systems such as the emails. ### 2. It's better than its competitors because of features like alerts, Transaction verification, traceability. **What do you dislike about Inalambria?** Developer documentation can be improved so that even new developers with less experience can explore and implement their solutions by going through it. **Recommendations to others considering Inalambria:** Reaching out to the contact team is time taking through forms and stuff, and for devs, it becomes difficult to integrate solutions as a package to test out the different products. **What problems is Inalambria solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the SMS API that allows applications to add messaging functionality easily. Helping us to reach our customers via SMS, having better insights and more data driven results is a big plus for a company of our size. **What do you dislike about Inalambria?** We just started using it recently and have had some technical issues. I think that is normal for a company when you deal with new features and tools. **What problems is Inalambria solving and how is that benefiting you?** We realized more customer conversions. It is another great tool to keep in contact during work from home situations. **What do you dislike about Inalambria?** Unlike MS Teams there is no function for reactions or meme like formats which can make some semi business discussions less interactive. **Recommendations to others considering Inalambria:** I recommend this for business chatting especially in the work from home age of business. **What problems is Inalambria solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue facing all right now is the work from home communication piece. As we continue to work from home we are in need of a new quick place in order to communicate quickly as well as make sure others are online or away/busy with other tasks.
