**What do you like best about Impel Consulting?**

It’s our first time using AI, and we’re really liking how much heavy lifting it does to take some of the workload off the real humans working here at the dealership.

**What do you dislike about Impel Consulting?**

Their data has been somewhat problematic. At first, they had many data errors—for example, reaching out to a customer as if they were more than one year overdue, even though the customer had actually just been in for service recently.

**Recommendations to others considering Impel Consulting:**

I’d recommend shopping around and looking at competitors that offer the same type of product. As our one-year contract is almost up, we plan to evaluate similar options with more stable software and fewer glitches.

**What problems is Impel Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for outreach to service customers who are due in for service. Most customers respond only after an average of five attempts, and the outcomes vary: some need service, some no longer own the vehicle, and everything in between. The AI tool helps by doing the heavy lifting on the outreach, and when a customer finally responds, our human customer service reps can reply personally. Overall, it has been a huge help in getting the bulk of the outreach started and has allowed us to preserve manpower for real customer interactions.
