**What do you like best about iMaxCRM?**

I love how simple and easy the interface is for this CRM program.  I can take calls and help all patients quickly and efficently!

**What do you dislike about iMaxCRM?**

It does get overloaded and depending on call volumne I have had patients that call in that are a few seconds behind me and my live time so it occasionally makes it difficult to convey all of the information correctly the first time.

**What problems is iMaxCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calls being answered efficiently and quickly.
