**What do you like best about ImagineBilling?**

Improves collections, simplifies billing processes

**What do you dislike about ImagineBilling?**

There tends to be a few minor hiccups in this software

**Recommendations to others considering ImagineBilling:**

Imagine billing allows you customize  your RCM billing flow and increases reimbursements. It also increases staff efficiency.

**What problems is ImagineBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to simplify  billing and increase my productivity monitoring.

**What do you like best about ImagineBilling?**

The ease of use that Imagine provides its really awesome. So far training our workforce inside Imagine takes only two weeks! 

Also, Imagine is now to make a huge jump into automation, that will speed up the production and the time it takes the info to get into the system

**What do you dislike about ImagineBilling?**

You really need to have an expert that can help you building up Imagine. but so far Imagine has help us a lot, in training as well as working for our clients.

Also, it would be really awesome if they could have training videos. They sometimes work better than a person and it would be easier to implement in our daily work.

Imagine is here to stay, and they are doing an awesome job at improving their services every year. 


**What problems is ImagineBilling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We received more than 20,000 transactions per day, and we have multiple employees working inside of it. Imagine has help us gather all the info we received into one place. 

Also, Imagine is able to connect with almost all the clearing houses in the US, if not they will find a way to actually make it work for you
