There really isn't much I don't like about Imagen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how Imagen learns my editing style and edits the photos just as I would, sometimes even betterIt also takes a fraction of the time, allowing me to deliver the wedding photos to my clients much quicker. Most of the time, the pictures are spot on, even in challenging lighting conditions. When I have to make some minor tweaks, I upload them back to my profile, and it just keeps getting better after every fine-tuning.

One feature I really enjoy is the Culling Studio, where I can select the best images without leaving the app. My profile is even applied already, so I know how they'll look after processing; no guessing how a photo would look like before choosing it.

I also do a lot of real estate photography, and they are already introducing new tools, such as HDR and Perspective Correction.

Last but not least, their support team is always quick to respond whenever I have a question.

Although I like subject masking, I wish they had background masks for specific situations.

I shoot a lot of outdoor business headshots, and the lighting can be inconsistent due to the unpredictable presence of the sun. Additionally, I often need to deliver photos immediately after shooting events.

Editing the photos right after the shoot is a time-consuming and stressful task. However, ever since I discovered Imagen, I have been using it for all my shoots!

With Imagen, I can send my previously edited work to create a personal AI profile. This profile learns my editing style and allows for batch editing that replicates my edits. This saves me a significant amount of time when editing headshots and enables me to deliver them to my clients quickly.

For event photos, Imagen also assists me in straightening and cropping the images. This is particularly helpful as it can be challenging to achieve the desired composition due to the tight schedule of events.

Oh, and let's not forget about the culling studio! It intelligently sorts my photos and presents them in a way that allows me to easily view and select the right photos right away.

The customer service provided by Imagen is exceptional. They are available 24/7 and are not only prompt but also professional and friendly in their assistance.

Furthermore, I appreciate the user experience (UX) of the app. It seamlessly integrates with my Adobe editing tools, allowing me to upload photos directly via my Lightroom catalog or through a simple drag-and-drop process.

Imagem gave me my life back! It's easy to set up, quick to create profiles and super fast to cull and edit. I almost gave up on AI after trying other solutions but Imagen truly made me see there is so much to gain with these platforms helping us. I now have time for my family and my business is thriving. Imagen basically is an AI powered Image Editing tool which is mainly used by professional photography and image editing. It is easy to use software, thanks to the interactive and simple UI it offers. Thing that I like the most about Imagen is that it is cloud based which allows us to edit or work with our photos anywhere as it provides cloud storage. Also it provides the feature of batch editing which is quite useful when we are working with multiple images and want to remain consistent throughout in terms of look, feel and uniform style. It is well integrated with Adobe Lightroom classic. Text to image is of great use too. It also offers great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
