Your property has its own digital brochure set up, they have amazing e-mail templates provided and you also have the option to create your own with personalized information (prospect name, layout, size needed, etc.). It is easy to navigate as well! Training is a breeze and new employees catch on very quickly! **What do you dislike about IloveLeasing?** The only issue I have come across with using ILoveLeasing was an integration with our Facebook Page, we had some issues to start, but their customer service has been amazing and we now have it set up! Technology can sometimes be a little tricky, but their support was great. **What problems is IloveLeasing solving and how is that benefiting you?** The accessibility to our prospects and the ease of being able to contact them with both effective and timely responses. Our team and our corporate office love ILoveLeasing for both their ease of access and their reporting features! ### 2. We have all of our sources integrated and use tracking numbers so we can track and see how different internet listing sites are performing. It is nice to have a place where all of the information is all together. **What do you dislike about IloveLeasing?** The setup for ILoveLeasing was a little bit complicated because we needed to set up tracking numbers on all our sources. Logging in sometimes can be a little tricky, having to reset a password multiple times. **What problems is IloveLeasing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use I Love Leasing to track prospect leads. It allows us to see how well each of our paid advertising internet listing sites is doing, and how many leads each is producing. ### 3.
