**What do you like best about Illuminout?**

Illluminate is a great solution for businesses of all sizes that need an exit interview management tool.  The platform is super easy to use and it gives you instant access to actionable insights that can be used to drive changes to reduce staff turnover.

**What do you dislike about Illuminout?**

It takes a bit of a learning curve to sync up the attrition data and understand how to use the platform.  Initial setup took a bit longer but shouldn't be an issue so long as you have a responsive account manager.

**What problems is Illuminout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Illuminout has helped our organization to better understand exit data to impact change across different areas including strategy and talent management.  Departing staff are a great source of info especially if leveraged appropriately.  This has helped us identify key trends and drive change with organizational & leadership buy-in.  It also has helped us get more insights into what employees are thinking as well as better understand the competitive landscape.
