It greatly facilitates the work of the HR staff when it comes to collecting all the comments that an employee who is going to leave the company wants to make. Parameterization is very easy and intuitive and you don't need an expert for a great result. **What do you dislike about WebExit?** The only aspect to improve is relative to the non-existence of predefined templates that help in the elaboration of standard forms that can be filled out by employees who are going to leave. **What problems is WebExit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through this application, the reasons why the employee leaves the company can be collected quickly, easily and affordably and they are a very important source of information for continuous improvement ### 6.
