**What do you like best about ExitPro?**

Easy to use Interface.
This software can be used at scale.
Thi software is the best for automating the exit process.
Highly Customizable and allows HR leaders to customize 1 of 4 option levels/budgets.
Saas, cloud and web-based deployment are possible.
It has a free trial and a free version available.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

Organizing organizational hierarchies for better reporting is a challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering ExitPro:**

This is a must-use product if you want an efficient tool for streamlining and automating the Employee exit process.

**What do you like best about ExitPro?**

The idea of putting together this part of the HR process in a separate tool is pretty good. Often this is the most neglected part simply because it comes at the end of the relationship with the employee.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

The price of the premium subscription was a bit steep, so I had to ask our team for a "favor" so that we can test it.

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working on a constant basis with contractors and most of the time they work with us for short periods of time. Thus, it is important to hear their feedback after a project is completed.

**What do you like best about ExitPro?**

Makes it easy to organize and execute exit interviews. Is a breeze once you've had enough practice using the application. I haven't tried many but I think this may be one of the better ones.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

A little bit of a learning curve at least for me. Everything seemed to work properly. Provide more guidance for first time users. Not much else I would say needs improvements

**Recommendations to others considering ExitPro:**

Give this a try and you won't be disappointed

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and staying on top of exit interviews.  Not benefiting financially except for saving time managing and tracking exit interviews. Other than that it has been great.

The tool caters to the basic need of an exiting employee; the survey part is straightforward and friendly to understand, making it very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

One of the improvement parts would be its template which is not customizable most of the time.  I guess they offer template customization for high-paid users.

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we used to issue a manual form and ask the employees to fill their exit experience, and later, we'd to manually extract the data from those forms and present it to the management; now, with the help of this tool, we can obtain the necessary data over the system and populate it for management's review and action.

**What do you like best about ExitPro?**

All of the information is consolidated into one place and it is simple to use.  Also, the employees have had good feedback, all things considered.  It doesn't take a long time to set up.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

Using a digitial or computer for these types of activities can seem impersonal and a lot of times it is difficult to fully understand the written word versus having a face-to-face conversation or at least being able to speak to the other person .

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given the current economic environment and changing regulations, thousands of layoffs have taken place in the past two years.  This solves the problem of not having enough people to conduct interviews or having mass layoffs or conference calls.  The problems deal with the lack of personal touch or feedback.

Separating employees receives most information handy which lets them to complete the exit process well, easy to obtain progress reports for the management to review and take necessary responses.

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

They have basic and advanced user facilities; this is something which you've to pay more to avail additional benefits of the tool, customization of the template is restricted only to advance users; Tool vendor can make this option accessible to all users.

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily we were using it for exit management and survey purpose and not much use for any other functions apart from separation.

Exitpro really is the leading exit interview tool. No download, no install, fully customizable. The standard templates make life really easy

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

Sometimes I want to add questions and unable to standard templates. Additionally creating reports can be time consuming and a little challenging

Solves the issue of virtual outreach to global staff vs in person exit interviews as performed in the past

Easy to use, it sends exit surveys in seconds which saves lot of time and helps in future HR Strategies and helps in calculation employee retention.

the initial learning curve is high and sometimes exit interviews are not complete.

Pricing can add up, but the software is worth it. ROI pays off when finding the next great employee.

It's super easy to use, fairly priced and the company is fantastic with customer support whenever there are questions

**What do you dislike about ExitPro?**

Exit interviews do not always get completed through the platform

**What problems is ExitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than anything else, the platform helps me with employee lifecycle management and helps me limit employee turnover. It has been helpful with retention as well as improving communication with and among my team.

The level of customer service provided by Chen and her team! They go above and beyond on meeting our needs. Their response time is very impressive!

Overall the product meets our needs we have minimal issues with ExitPro.
