In the BPO industry, people come and go. It's a great help on improving employee retention. **What do you dislike about ExitRight?** I do not see anything that I dislike with ExitRight. **What problems is ExitRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** ExitRight helps our company solve our retention rate with our employees. It helps us on how we can improve our employee engagement. ### 2. The dashboard is a very nice feature to view the data and observe trends. **What do you dislike about ExitRight?** I think the UI could be spruced up a bit but no major complaints. The hardest thing with exit interviews is just getting employees to take the time to respond but ExitRight sends multiple notices to try to capture that attention span to leave feedback. **Recommendations to others considering ExitRight:** I recommend really diving into the features of what a dummy survey looks like and ask your team to take it as a test. **What problems is ExitRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of understanding what features of our workforce is making employees leave. The data we receive is allowing us to know whether the issues we face are pay and benefits, culture, flexible arrangements, organization structure - etc etc. It's great to receive very specific feedback on questions asked in the interview - ExitRight phrases material to get the most detailed and specific responses from our employees to know what is REALLY going on under the surface. ### 3. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about ExitRight?** The service is extremely cordial. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They go over and beyond for their customers. No tools are being used now. I believe they are at the top. **What do you dislike about ExitRight?** I have nothing negative to report. I do not believe there is. Everything works fine. I cannot think of anything right now. I think they're on the right track. Nowhere. **Recommendations to others considering ExitRight:** Keep doing what you do **What problems is ExitRight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving Client issues is our utmost priority. We have a litany of benefits. Financial benefits are at a premium. Productivity levels are somewhat high.
