They are locked down so the user can't make changes to the OS. Other than that there is really nothing to like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hardware is expensive, the endpoint OS is bloated in size and ugly in appearance. Screen layout controls are not user friendly. Citrix and AVD client apps are not stable (especially AVD). The UMS keeps getting fresh coats of paint and gets slower each time they do it. Cloud management is an Add-on when it should be a standard feature. Hardware is expensive, more than a mid-range desktop PC. There is really no compelling use case for Igel for those who already have M365 licenses. Save your money, buy PCs and cloud manage them with Intune. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
