# IGEL Issues

We started Using IGel since August with a lot of issues and there is no support to contact.

Every re-login attempts a fresh system start, not persisting any data in local, not even timezone 
Files couldn't be stored in local
Cursor jumps out of context
Logouts frequently

Its totally unreliable product with zero support
