**What do you like best about iFAMS?**

iFAMS claimed that it was easy to use and to be honest the user interface was friendly. The idea of having it all in one program seemed wonderful to me and especially to the smaller facilities teams.

**What do you dislike about iFAMS?**

I realized that it did not have the features allowing precise tuning of the processes based on our organizational needs. Reporting features also seemed somewhat restricted and, as a result, it was challenging to produce detailed data reports.

**What problems is iFAMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For small scale facilities or those yet adopt CMMS technology, iFAMS avails general solutions with an easy to use interface for core activities.
