**What do you like best about Identishot?**

Identishot makes it incredibly easy to write estimates & keep everyone connected. When you upload photos the computer detects what is in the photo & tells you what it is. This makes paperwork almost minuscule & the turn around time for estimates turn from days to minutes. This is an incredible program & has made mine & my teams lives so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Identishot?**

So far, I don't really see many downsides to this program. I can't wait to see what they have to add in the future. It is a great foundation and has the ability to be the next big program.

**What problems is Identishot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is cutting down the time it takes the team to process estimates. It is also reminding my team of upcoming appointments & there is a calendar so they can view what is happening as well.
