Clever data collection at POS. Shoppers interact on customer facing displays whilst employees carry on with tasks. The second display software from ID24 has dual input functionality which allows both the cashier and customer to input data at the same time without interferance. 50+ interactive modules cover digital registration for loyalty, real time email validation, digital receipts, digital signage, digital signatures, shopper identification, content management, content scheduling, feedback collection, gamification and more.

**What do you like best about id24?**

The flexibility of the software is a big advantage. The company has worked very many years (10+) in the same field and is specialized to solve difficult technical challenges in dual input / multipe touch screen environments.

**What do you dislike about id24?**

The experiences were mostly positive. When we went live with the pilot we could see the conversion rates and calculate on the project return on investment.

**What problems is id24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case we had one windows computer with touch touch screen monitors connected. The ID24 software made sure that two people could use both screens at the same time without interfering with one another. At the same time we could work with digital signage content.
