**What do you like best about ICTContact?**

What I like best on ICTContact is the cost-effectivity I get. The automation if provides.

**What do you dislike about ICTContact?**

What I don't like so far is that a person must be available to take a telephone call and some calls is poor quality.

**What problems is ICTContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ICTContact helps me monitor the calls and record every one of for review. I get to change my strategy after I review the calls.
