Our sales team who heavily dependant on cold calling, found this feature optinising their performance. It was easy to use and mainly saved time. It was easy to integrate in our sales process. **What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?** Cost is the main factor. Altough ICTBroadcast offers all the solutions that we requite, they still need to work on competitive pricing. Ive not come accross another company which offers such range of solutons but if they do not work on the pricing structure any competitior can beat them with a better pricing. **What problems is ICTBroadcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** For more than 2 years we were looking to enhance the performance of our outbound sales team, in terms of productivity and revenue generation.
