What do you like best about ICTBroadcast?

One of the best time saver for telecalling companies for auto dailer options.The integration of this service in our day to sales life is very easy and userfriendly. What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

Compared to other softwares and sales telecalling serivce providers ICT is more expensive considering cost .While in some extents ICT goes slow while all features used at a time and customer support from the service providers is little bit slow that to be improved, this may help in frequency of use of customers for ICT. The features that provides automatic scheduler for any appointments and meetings enables smooth workflow and saves time and energy benefiting customers.

What do you like best about ICTBroadcast?

Out of many features ICTBroadcast provides to simplify the outbound sales process, automated dialer features stands out. Our sales team who heavily dependant on cold calling, found this feature optinising their performance. It was easy to use and mainly saved time. It was easy to integrate in our sales process. What do you dislike about ICTBroadcast?

Cost is the main factor. Altough ICTBroadcast offers all the solutions that we requite, they still need to work on competitive pricing. Ive not come accross another company which offers such range of solutons but if they do not work on the pricing structure any competitior can beat them with a better pricing. What problems is ICTBroadcast solving and how is that benefiting you?

For more than 2 years we were looking to enhance the performance of our outbound sales team, in terms of productivity and revenue generation. ICTBroadcast provide a 360 degrees solution aligning with our goals. Other than Auto dialer featues, Campaign scheduing features provided us relief from untimely follow up messages.
