**What do you like best about iCoachFirst?**

This app is really beneficial to any workers community, I’m personally sensitive when it come to my presentation and work ethic so Icoachfirst is a great tool to implement in work environments that require presentations and workers projects 

**What do you dislike about iCoachFirst?**

Nothing ! Honestly as a newer tool , it has no flaws so far it’s a great innovation 

**Recommendations to others considering iCoachFirst:**

If you are worried about your management or administrative skills this tool can really ease a lot of pressure that comes with keeping your employees on point 

**What problems is iCoachFirst solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I coach first has empowered plenty of interns in my field and made them feel noticed and appreciated , that’s the biggest benefit in all
