Employees can ask questions about their career, receive recommendations about various career options that could be a good fit for them, and can view and apply to jobs internally that align with their goals. The core components of IBM Watson Career Coach are: - Career Conversations: Employees can ask the virtual assistant career-related questions in a secure, private environment. Watson is trained on the common questions employees ask related to their career saving clients valuable setup time. - Career Navigator: The first step in talent mobility is helping an employee decide where they want to go next in their career. Watson Career Coach suggests career options to employees based on skill fit or career progression of other successful employees. It can also steer employees to careers that are in high demand within the organization. Once careers are selected they can see the skills required for the career and where they have gaps. This allows them to target development plans in order to be ready for the role when it comes available. - Job Opportunity Match: Not only can employees work toward their next career move, they can also see when jobs become available that match their goals and qualifications.
