I started the 14-day trial today by registering my credit card, but to my surprise, a $79 charge was immediately generated. There’s no clear information about the trial period on the account, and I’m unable to find any option to cancel. The account dashboard lacks essential details, and there’s no visible customer support link to resolve this issue. I'm now struggled to cancel and get support. The Chat bot is one of the most useful tools on Hyyype. I had the opportunity to be part of the early trial and I found it to be unique and different from Chat GPT. As a seasoned marketer in healthcare industry, I was able to use Hyyype for worksteams related to messaging/claims creation, value prop, sales enablement content/talk tracks. I love that it offers a marketing oriented lens versus the "general" content from other generative AI tools. The output didn't replace my work but rather, it allowed me to rechannel my knowledge, expertise and most importantly, time to higher level. I could focus on more strategic thinking by having content to edit, reflect on. Hyyype helps me save time and gives me a huge head start. It allows me to get out of the mundane and allows me focus on higher-level of execution and thinking. It's allowing me to finally challenge myself to think strategically. Without Hyyype, content creation was often paralyzing and I was often exhausted and short on time once I wrote the content, there would be any remaining time to review, challenge myself strategically.
