Simple: There are two channels: one that is patient-facing and one that is only for office staff. It is a game changer to have backend conversations about topics and tag in the appropriate person and then they may leave when they are finished. Hucu is very user friendly, I migrated my office from another app, with over 100 employees, i was expecting so many issues from the users but there were none. Everyone was able to login and start using Hucu the same day without any issues. Anytime we have had the slightest issue the customer service was outstanding, they will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you may have. Hucu has been so much easier to use then our previous app and actually has many more useful features that truly made it a great upgrade from what we were using.
