Instead of wasting hours digging through scattered folders and documents, we can now use the platform's AI to get instant, precise answers directly from our uploaded files. What truly sets Hubity apart, however, is its uncompromising approach to security; their Zero-Training Policy gives us complete peace of mind that our sensitive company data remains strictly confidential and is never used to train public models. The platform is incredibly intuitive, featuring a clean user interface that required virtually no learning curve for our team to adopt. While you do need to keep your source files updated to get the best results from the AI, the massive boost in efficiency and the robust enterprise security features make it worth every penny. Centralizing everything has been a huge help. It is easy to find what I need, and the AI insights are actually useful too since it has real context on our business instead of just generic suggestions. I was happy they added the MCP integration. Over the last couple of months, when I have questions, support gets back to me fast. The pricing is more than fair. **What do you dislike about Hubity?** One thing that would help is if Hubity asked for specific information upfront and explained how it would improve the insights.
