**What do you like best about HRMC Acclaim?**

This is one of the tool which we are using from last couple of months. We use this tool for all the HR purposes. It is a very easy and user friendly tool. we don't need much training and all to use this tool. It's Interface is quite simple which makes it user friendly.

**What do you dislike about HRMC Acclaim?**

Sometimes taking longer than the expected time while opening the Pay Payroll section.

**What problems is HRMC Acclaim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves all the HR related problems with quite simple and efficient way.

Ease of use, responsiveness of staff, up time.

Candidate experience can be a bit clunky.

**What problems is HRMC Acclaim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company started utilizing Acclaim roughly 3.5 years ago after not having an ATS in place.  While there have been growing pains, it's a very functional and easy to use system.  HRMC is highly responsive to making changes as needed and helping us streamline the experience for users.

I like how user friendly this software is and the success I've had with it.

I am not a fan of the payroll portion of their software and do not use it.

This software helps with human resources questions and situations that arise.
