**What do you like best about HRAPP?**

HRAPP is one of the best software for all solutions like Recruiting and handling all the office tasks and other planning,other Thing it is straightforward to handle by everyone mostly user friendly

**What do you dislike about HRAPP?**

Since i used this, i found no Dislikes thing I feel is it was not working on the phone adequately other than it was suitable for every employee tracking

**What problems is HRAPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best App which our company uses to track all the employers related things which helps us more for each activity like recurring and monitoring their performance  and company progress etc

**What do you like best about HRAPP?**

1. Leave management (We can apply leave separetely that's so beneficial).
2. Time sheet update (We can update our regular day to day activities in this time sheet).
3.  DashBoard (The Dashboard shows the remaining holidays, our time management, Leaves I utilized).
4. Compliance Monitoring (We can moniter employe's compliance secreatly ).

**What do you dislike about HRAPP?**

in HRAPP nothing to dislike but sometimes it freezes, and our TL or Admin doesn't have permission to revert the changes they did, so other than this it's a cool APP for me, in my point of view.

**Recommendations to others considering HRAPP:**

who all are want to increase the employee's performance and want to track there team performance please go through it

**What problems is HRAPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Time Management what is the task we did it's very calculative and how many hours we spent on each task it's noticeable.
2.  We are able to track individual performances 
3.  We can set goals for employees and we can publish the goals in month end it will increase the performance of employees
