The system is either web-based or a cell phone app that allowed my staff to access information anywhere and for me to see info on real time. The performance get a lot better with each update. I pay about $3 a month for each user. The support is very easy when needed. The AI is slowly growing but should be helpful in a few years. **What do you dislike about HotSchedules?** The system feels a bit antiquated, but it is slowly adapting to a newer generation. The AI isn’t particularly efficient. That said, my staff find it easy to schedule their days and make the necessary changes when needed. **What problems is HotSchedules solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage a team of FOH and BOH staff, and I’m responsible for figuring out how to run the restaurant day to day. I also need to forecast how busy we’ll be and plan staffing accordingly, while still staying within my budget. ### 2.
