**What do you like best about HotelEYE?**

It is a great platform to improve guest satisfaction at the hotel I have worked at!  It is very interactive and is accurate at getting feedback from guests.

**What do you dislike about HotelEYE?**

There is nothing I dislike.  It works really well.

**What problems is HotelEYE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is addressing the issue of lack of communication with guests.
