Competitive pricing on the platform (it's free) but travel (discounted) is a win. It allows easy to use policy creation, great UI and voice activated, via integration with Salesforce Agentforce voice to use on the go. The performance is top notch, support and onboarding is human even if automated and likely AI enabled. The AI features are additive, not excessive. I also like direct billing, the flexibility to cancel the same day, and having a charge card for off-platform purchases, along with additional travel rewards.
