What do you like best about HostelMate?

HostelMate helps me on everything, even getting more bookings with no headache. There's no overlooking, and I can manage more bookings effectively. I used to limit my listings to just booking.com because I was scared of overbooking, but now I'm listed on over 12 platforms plus direct bookings. It's easy to use and built specifically for hostels, which is super helpful. It also helps me get more revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HostelMate?

What do you like best about HostelMate?

I use HostelMate to manage my hostel, and it's been quite beneficial. I like how it's easy to use, especially since I switched from another provider. It helps me connect all the channels together and completely eliminates overbooking, which is a huge relief. Also, the support team is quite friendly, making the experience smoother for me.
