The initial setup takes a little time to configure the guest guide and messages the way you want, but after that it runs smoothly. **What problems is host pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage a short-term rental and most of my time was spent answering the same guest questions every day. Guests kept messaging about WiFi details, parking, and how to enter the property, especially late at night or right before arrival.
