First and foremost is the support from the WMS team. Our company was implementing its first WMS after being in business for 125 years. While some of us had experience using WMS's in previous roles many users were unfamiliar. Hopstack did a great job working with the tenured employees to understand the business and our customers and worked to ensure the entire onboarding went smooth and the team could easily complete the tasks needed. Secondly as new needs came up dependant on new customer demands Hopstack did a fantastic job ensuring the system changes and or additonal requirements were met and understood by the team so we could meet our customer demands. I would say this isnt a dislike as some of this is due to how our team decided to slot the warehouse but when conducting bin to bin movements or cycle counting if you have a multi- SKU/ PO bin you must move the entire bin or cycle count the entire bin vs the single SKU or PO you desire. Like I said this could be avoided if my team chose to reconfigure the slotting and split bins to create more locations so really isnt a dislike just something to be aware of as you configure your warehouse. Very straight forward, easy to to implement and easy to use WMS. Team at Hopstack is extremely helpful, we love how they make sure to respond to support calls on a short notice, round the clock.

Hopstack comes with very strong ready to use integrations with most of the other software that a business can think of, including robotics and best know ERPs like SAP, Oracle and last mile delivery partners like DHL, FedEx and almost all the marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Flipkart. And seamless integrations with relevant hardware platforms.

You can also run Hopstack on any phone (not recommended for heavy warehouse users). Hopstack has superb dashboards that covers different aspects of the operations and can help you monitor KPIs.Multiple picking strategies like wave, shelf life expiry handling, strong inventory and order management. One of the biggest questions to sum up our entire experience with Hopstack was right at the beginning. Hosptack asked what our current process was like and can we automate them? The result of that question 6 months later has doubled our output. Hopstack eliminated two skilled positions from our workflow, all through automation. Throughout the initial six months with Hosptack they have wholly developed a customizable workflow for an Amazon FBA prep center. Those that have worked in the FBA space know this challenge of just working with Amazon in general. Since I have to write a dislike. Hopstack is so dedicated to creating a quality and working product that it can delay a feature release. In our experience, Hopstack doesn't release anything in beta form. They give you the working product as soon as it is ready.
