First and foremost is the support from the WMS team. Our company was implementing its first WMS after being in business for 125 years. While some of us had experience using WMS's in previous roles many users were unfamiliar. Hopstack did a great job working with the tenured employees to understand the business and our customers and worked to ensure the entire onboarding went smooth and the team could easily complete the tasks needed. Secondly as new needs came up dependant on new customer demands Hopstack did a fantastic job ensuring the system changes and or additonal requirements were met and understood by the team so we could meet our customer demands. We use the system daily and have integrated it with all of our customers to meet their system needs.

Hopstack has put a lot of effort into making its products simple and user friendly, and the Hopstack team has been extremely responsive to our needs.
