Home health EMR software, geared for Medicare home health agency. Easy to navigate and "looks" like a medical record. Not suitable for Medicaid agencies; frequently "loses" documents that are scanned into the EMR. Allows scheduling mistakes such as double-booking or no booking. What problems is HomeSolutions.NET solving and how is that benefiting you? We used HomeSolutions.net when we transitioned from paper charts to EMR. We have used this EMR to generate schedules, reports of all types, manage scheduling issues, create physicians orders, complete OASIS, submit OASIS to CMS, and to track and trend hospitalizations.
