What I like best is the summit and the way the research is packaged with graphics, easy to digest and share.

I would say the only thing that I dislike about the institute is that the conference is only 2 days!

I would recommend to any retailer or supplier serving the home improvement industry that being a member of the institute is a must. You will get more value from them than any other investment.
