**What do you like best about hitAppoint?**

The app does it's job, it makes it easy to schedule appointments for salons, and easy for clients to make their own appointments. 

**What do you dislike about hitAppoint?**

The UI is dated, and doesn't integrate very well with the web server/hosting platform I use for my salon client. 

**Recommendations to others considering hitAppoint:**

If you want a barebones booking software for a Salon, studio, or other personal appointment need, consider hitAppoint. Otherwise look to the big dogs like Vagaro, Square Appointments, etc. 

**What problems is hitAppoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using it, I was solving the problem is automating the booking process for one of my clients, CHOP Hair Studio. However it just became too burdensome, as the UI was not found to be friendly by any of their clients. Ultimately we needed a software that worked best not just for us, but for the customers paying them.
