**What do you like best about HireScore AI?**

HireScore AI is especially helpful because it brings resume parsing, JD-based candidate scoring, ranking, and recruiter-friendly explanations into a single workflow. What I like most is that it doesn’t just provide a score; it also explains why a candidate matches the role, which skills may be missing, and how the candidate compares with others. This saves a lot of time during initial screening and helps recruiters prioritize the most relevant profiles first. It’s particularly useful when managing multiple job openings and large volumes of resumes, since the shortlisting process becomes faster, more consistent, and easier to handle.

**What do you dislike about HireScore AI?**

HireScore AI is useful overall, but it could improve in areas like integrations, onboarding, and bulk resume handling. More direct integrations with job boards, email tools, calendars, and existing ATS platforms would make the workflow more complete. For new users, better in-app guidance or setup tips would also help them understand the scoring, ranking, and shortlisting features faster. When processing many resumes, clearer progress tracking and faster bulk actions would make the experience even better.
