It reduces human intervention, thus making the hiring process simple. **What do you dislike about HirePro Proctoring?** The device checks that HirePro is doing before an assessment are extensive. Especially the noise check. Many students/candidates complain that they fail in noise checks, even in a quiet and isolated environment. **What problems is HirePro Proctoring solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved a crucial problem for us, which is the Initial Assessment as part of Hiring. It simplified the hiring process. Before HirePro, we have to manually proctor the assessments and use another software to evaluate those assessments.
