What do you like best about Hirebuddy?

We are particularly impressed by the excellent customer service. For questions or concerns, one can always contact the founders directly and receive prompt, competent support. The tool is an innovative solution for the social sector and fills a gap that we at slw have long perceived. We had the idea of "employees recruiting employees" for quite some time, but until now we lacked a suitable way to implement it practically. With this tool, we were finally able to successfully realize this approach. The ease of use, personal support, and innovative character make the collaboration especially valuable for us. What do you dislike about Hirebuddy?

The business model of Hirebuddy cannot be seamlessly aligned with our internal processes in all areas. As a result, the recruiting department occasionally faces additional coordination steps, which are, however, well balanced by the added value of the solution. Hirebuddy helps us to specifically utilize the potential of our employees as ambassadors for our company. This allows us to announce open positions in an authentic and personal way and reach new applicants through our employees' networks.
