**What do you like best about HIPAA Video?**

I like how informative it was.  I learned how the different laws help keep us protected.

**What do you dislike about HIPAA Video?**

I do not dislike anything about the HIPAA Video.

**What problems is HIPAA Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By understanding HIPAA , I can better know how to keep my client's private information safe. This is important while doing insurance and we should know how to keep it safe.

**What do you like best about HIPAA Video?**

The ease of setting up a meeting. You can send an invite by email or SMS. Easy for our families to sign in for the appointment. Once you enter the name and email for the first time, it is saved, so no need to re-type it each time you set a meeting.

**What do you dislike about HIPAA Video?**

That only 5 people can join the meeting, but I understand that they are working on that to add more.

**What problems is HIPAA Video solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not allowed to go into the homes right now with Covid, so this was a great solution for us. We are still able to serve our families, and keep the services available to them.  Also, this is HIPPA compliant,  and encrypted, which the State required.  Once we are allowed back into the homes, we can still keep this as an option for those who choose the Tele-visits, or if someone in the family is sick.
