
Although it has many features but I like Heynet has completely streamlined our support workflow. The AI handles a huge volume of queries with impressive accuracy, freeing up our human agents to focus on more complex issues. The onboarding was quick, the interface is intuitive, and the ability to customize workflows and responses makes it far more adaptable than other tools we've tried. There is nothing much to dislike but the analytics dashboard could offer more depth in reporting and better export options. While the core functionality is strong, a few more integrations with third-party tools (like CRM platforms or project management systems) would make it even more powerful.
