**What do you like best about Heynet?**

Although it has many features but I like Heynet has completely streamlined our support workflow. The AI handles a huge volume of queries with impressive accuracy, freeing up our human agents to focus on more complex issues. The onboarding was quick, the interface is intuitive, and the ability to customize workflows and responses makes it far more adaptable than other tools we've tried.

**What do you dislike about Heynet?**

There is nothing much to dislike but the analytics dashboard could offer more depth in reporting and better export options. While the core functionality is strong, a few more integrations with third-party tools (like CRM platforms or project management systems) would make it even more powerful.

**What problems is Heynet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heynet has significantly reduced our first-response times and support costs. We're able to offer 24/7 help without expanding our support team. Customers get faster, more consistent answers, which has improved satisfaction scores. Internally, it’s improved operational efficiency across departments.

**What do you like best about Heynet?**

It doesn't need us to download any app and we can directly interact with this agent through sms or web. Also, it offers excellent customer support and ensures that there's secure data handling.

**What do you dislike about Heynet?**

Free plan is limited and access to the premium features requires taking subscription. Apart from this there's a learning curve to train the AI.

**What problems is Heynet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In various corporate roles, communication can be time consuming such as writing mails and blogs, Heynet makes it easier for you to focus on other important duties by automating content creation. It's AI call screening filters saves you from span calls and unwanted interruptions. It offers a very simple interface to users and can be easily accessed by even sms or web.
