HeyBase introduced me to a new and better way to sell and offer my services to potential future clients.

The platform is clean and easy to use, and it provides immediate and friendly support.

It has a lot of bugs. The customer service replies every 3 months.

**What problems is Heybase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The format of Sales rooms can save some time and personalize the sales experience with prospects. Instead of sending dozens of emails, video calls, meetings, questions and answers you can send a link with all the info.

**What do you like best about Heybase?**

Its promise is amazing.  It's easy to build out custom sites for prospects, and if their websites actually loaded consistently, the service would be an incredible tool.

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

One to three weeks following the creation of a heybase site for a prospect, the website fails to load without any validation message.  The prospect needs to inform us of this as we have no way of automatically learning that the link no longer functions.

We then need to create a new link, which, again, will only last 1-3 weeks.

On top of that, other functionality regularly breaks, such as the tool that's supposed to inform us by e-mail that a prospect accessed the site.

Their plug-in to embed Vimeo videos regularly breaks, sometimes failing to embed the video at all, and sometimes embedding multiple copies of the same video.

Lots of great promise here, but it's NOT production ready.

Customer support is not consistently responsive.  Sometimes they get back to us, sometimes they don't.

Instead of sending multiple emails to prospects, all post-sales info can be in one place.

The platform is great, it has useful features and is easy to use.

The team's responsiveness has been awful in the sales process. We tried to arrange a call via the 'book a demo' on their site, and were ignored. Reaching out to both support and internal emails got us nowhere. This is pretty poor, especially as this app isn't cheap. Highly recomend using a different platform if you value customer service.

The best this about Heybase is that it helps get a much higher open and view rate for a sales & marketing proposal that invariably loses traction in the first step of customer outreach.

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

There are many good things about Heybase but there is always room for improvement. I'd personally like to see a more customized UI/UX and I'd like to see more integrations across all plans.

**What problems is Heybase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Heybase solves is that it helps organise all documents, attachments and image /video files into the platform, hence, eliminating the need for attaching such docs in the email and thus rendering it ineffective.

What I love:
$$$ White label - custom domain - custom email (essential for most of us buyers here on Appsumo, but SOOOO many SaaS owners get it wrong, offering no white label at all or call it white label (custom domain only), but email come has SaaS branding.  HeyBase got it right!
$$$ Nice price for a business in a box, straightforward, does what it supposed to do.
$$$ Templates are very helpful

Cons: 
~ Still trying to figure out how to move things around, sometimes that is difficult to do.
~ I think its my issue, but they have templates (super helpful), but I cannot tell what app/tool was used or how to recreate it

Getting a virtual sales room for your clients or offer rooms as a service to clients.  So I am loving this software having setup multiple rooms already playing with it.  I decided to full stack/tier because I was so impressed with it.  There are so many use cases where I am considering buying another Tier 2 for a different business model.

I sell consulting services where the typical customer journey is in months.

I have all of the usual collaterals and platforms to engage prospects and actual clients, but it's usually a hodge-podge set up between vids, pdfs, demo links, calendars, chats, contracts, etc.

And then Heybase comes along and forces me to rethink my process and collaterals into integrated "sales rooms". I'm still experimenting, but already Heybase is giving me an integrated capability and simpler framework to engage clients.

Beyond the platform, the Heybase team itself is a gem: highly responsive, the client feedback to new feature cycle is extremely short. There's still lots to fine-tune with Heybase, but the team fills me with confidence that the platform will match the sales-room-as-a-service vision in record time.

Some missing features or UX / UI gaps here and there -- but most of these are being addressed in their dev roadmap.

This deal is worth five tacos. If you are time poor like me then you don't have time for fussing with code. Heybase cuts through a lot of (*&^*&% by providing ready-made solutions for common business problems. Check them out!

I'm a little fussy when it comes to UX. Heybase has tried to be modern in the design of their service and I feel that some of the design (such as drop shadows and rounded corners) detract from the UX and do not add to it. I'm not arguing for command-line blandness but I am suggesting that careful 'debranding' of the product offering could be the best trend for this product.

**What problems is Heybase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save time by using Heybase. Whenever I want to get something done fast I come here because the boilerplate solutions suit my needs well. I will certainly be recommending them to my work friends.

After reading about what Heybase was, I saw the value in our sales cycle immediately. Although the feature set was slim, I decided to bet on the team, and they have not disappointed. Feature updates have been coming incredible fast, and I can now use the tool to impress larger leads that come through our pipeline. Here's to Heybase!

Still a young platform, working out a few bugs here and there. But for the price, there's no better value currently on the market. Can't wait for public room links.

**What do you like best about Heybase?**

Heybase is a tool that allows me to easily create a virtual sales room for my web design clients. It makes the process so simple and easy to use, I don't ever have to worry about the design process. The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use, and I can track engagement metrics, like opens and comments, and get email notifications about new activity from prospects. I love the engagement metrics and the email notifications. I also love that I can create contracts and video slides for my clients to use.

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

At first the integrations and merge tags were limited. I wanted to simplify the creation and embed other apps into this one. They listen and have just released an update that fixes all this.

I love this tool because it helps me keep track of all my sales room activity and the reports are easy to understand. I like that I can keep up with my sales leads through all the activity logs. I feel like a better salesperson because of this tool.

Heybase is an easy-to-use and customization drag-and-drop no-code customer platform. Am pretty happy during my initial setup; it takes me only 15 minutes to set up and launch to my customers. I think Heybase is heading in the right direction if they push interactivity to the next level and how to enhance the better customer journey for service-based enterprises (from pre-service to service journey (project completion)

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

The only area where I think Heybase could improve is 
1. Branding customization for each client and their touchpoints (login to rooms, to mail, notification) 
2. Interactivity proposal/ presentation slides, which could be more like those seen on DesignModo site. 
3. Richer integration with major SaaS apps (such as Questionscout, Qwary, Uchat, Figma, Ntask, Nifty, Clientjoy, Signaturely/ HelloSign and Internxt) could also help to further enhance the customer experience.
4. Bit too serious; maybe need to add some fun gamification to motivate the team and clients.
5. Internal Team Collaboration tools (chat, comments, approval prior launching the new room)

**What problems is Heybase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not seen any other site that can easily build a customized Customer Experience platform as easily as Heybase. I can say even a digital-savvy executive or director level together with their can enjoy formulating in building their customer platform with Heybase.

With Heybase it is possible to keep track of my current offers and proposals while having an eyepleasing experience for my clients. I like the UI and also that it helps me not forget what to include during a sales pitch.

It's quite new and sometimes I do miss some features found in likes of Hubspot that save me precious time. But for the current pricing it's still better than working with MS Word and even EXCEL.

I think the best part of Heybase is the simplicity of using the software. I think it's really easy for the client to go through the steps so that they can learn more about the product we sell without hustling too much going through many website pages. It's just a splendid one-page solution.

I would really appreciate seeing templates or website demonstrations cause sometimes I'm lost about what content to put inside. Next, I think it would be interesting to see if they would add-on logical conditioning inside of Heybase.

I like that the editor is a drag-n-drop. It's as easy as building a Website using Elementor. Straightforward and intuitive I believe it's what most business owners today will need. Gets the job done without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

The setup of custom domain was a slight hassle if I were to compare it with other softwares reason being there are several records you need to enter onto your DNS unlike other softwares which only uses a CNAME record and a point-to-value to get the job done. But this is not a big problem because the support team @ heybase is extremely helpful and always ready to extend help. I got the problem fixed quickly.

Customized deals room for different prospects. Especially helpful for me as I'm offering tailored services and contracts to my clients. Fast to get every message delivered clearly which I really appreciate.

It's easier to use for both the client and the agency compared to Get Accept. That's not to mention, it is much better looking.

There are very few template options, and the mobile menu should have a close menu button somewhere. Other than that, it seems very easy to use.

Heybase is helping me gain more leverage in the post-sales call conversation. Before Heybase, I had limited control over how the team looked at my PowerPoint proposals. Now, I can make sure all decision-makers are privy to the same information as the team on the sales call.

Not exactly a dislike, but Heybase could have more templates under different categories or industries. But I'm sure they are already working on it, and more templates will arrive soon.

**What do you like best about Heybase?**

I love the embed feature, it makes it possible to pull in outside content.

**What do you dislike about Heybase?**

I think the design needs to be a bit softer, the hard lines with high contrast draws too much attention to the interface.

**What problems is Heybase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to produce proposals a lot faster than I used to. This can turn into a faster sales process.

Amazing software 
Easy to use. Great UI. Affordable. I like it. We need the ability to showcase documents , videos and then to have potential new clients sign a contract. All that is here for a low price. Also we would love to add fillable forms to obtain client information for our professional services business. Seems like a winner here. Excited to dive in deeper

Clean interface, easy to use, great idea in general.

BUT...

Bigger deal:

I asked about a missing feature.

Was told it was coming on X day.

And it arrived on X day.

VERY good customer service.

I refund 90% of deals on here.... the is one is a keeper!

No complaints here (seriously). Very rare software that does everything and more you ask of it
