Founded in the middle of 2016 a year that saw Instagram growth quadruple, cementing its relevance. Heropost has grown from an invite-only Instagram tool to an ever-growing visual marketing platform for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. ## Heropost Reviews ### 1. CAUTION! Don't waste your time or money. I liked how I could have multiple accounts for multiple clients, all managed within the platform. It is easy to setup and connects to more social platforms than others. It made is simple to check your accounts throughout the day with very little issue. **What do you dislike about Heropost?** When I first learned about Heropost, there was an ad on social media talking about how they were different than the others and how their price was low. I looked them up on G2, but I didn't see anything and it didn't raise a red flag since they were so new. I signed up for their lifetime plan but shortly after, I saw that some of the features they promoted cost extra. I forked over more money for another lifetime plan for the extra features. After a short amount of time, I noticed they were missing even more of the features I needed. Basic features like analytics. I contacted the company and I was told, the analytics are in development and will be added soon. This was in August of 2023. Last week I get an email saying the "big changes are coming" so I was excited. When I got the notification that the new version was live, I took a look. They just changed the interface. There was nothing else added. On top of that, my "lifetime plan" didn't give me access, they wanted more money to use this NEW version with BIG CHANGES. Luckily, they offered a free trial before I paid. A one-day trial. ONE DAY. I checked it out and saw no functionality changes. They put a video on youtube to show the new changes but of course, they don't allow comments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCYPX01tOnk **What problems is Heropost solving and how is that benefiting you?** Heropost SHOULD help me manage social media accounts. You can schedule posts. That's about it. ### 2. AVOID!!! SCAMMERS! HeroPost mostly was unusable but had high hopes for them to make the service better, however they've just been working on a new platform and shafted their lifetime users. Read Trustpilot reviews and stay away from this company. **What do you dislike about Heropost?** I dislike their customer loyalty, you know the ones that actually let a business live or die. HeroPost cannot get away with treating lifetime users like this. Their service isn't even that great so why on earth have they decided to charge $90 per month for a new platform? If like me you like lifetime subscriptions, AVOID supporting HEROPOST as it will only encourage other companies to follow suit and shaft their users down the line. **What problems is Heropost solving and how is that benefiting you?** HeroPost mainly created more problems than it solved. You'd create a post, share it to all your social channels, find out it either fails to post on some platforms or if you make a tiny mistake have to log in to each platform individually to edit the post. Overall very disappointed with HeroPost ### 3.
