**What do you like best about Hengam?**

When it's not just a simple tool.

It seems to be a very complex knowledge.

But working with it seems so easy.

In my opinion, every application developer should have this library!

**What do you dislike about Hengam?**

Its features are limited.

It would have been better if more. But the amount is very specialized!

**Recommendations to others considering Hengam:**

Test once because it is based on artificial intelligence.

It may not apply to you.

You may also find it very cheap and high performance for your business!

**What problems is Hengam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got a lot of Installs for the app.

I had a lot of publicity and promotions.

It caused a lot fewer users to leave the app after the campaign!

• Trivially easy to setup
• Top-notch support
• Useful insights and data analytics
• Open source client libraries
• Fair pricing policy

**What do you dislike about Hengam?**

• Dependencies of client libraries can be a bit too large for some projects
• There's no way to prioritize messages over each other
• Doesn't let you deploy your own back-end for data gathering as of yet

**Recommendations to others considering Hengam:**

If you have trouble keeping your users, Hengam might be a good solution.

**What problems is Hengam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

• Identifying users most likely to leave
• Keeping churn rate low
• Elimination of the need of deploying service for user segmentation
