**What do you like best about Hemsley Fraser?**

Hemsley Fraser’s commercial team quickly understood our challenge and identified a trainer who deeply grasped both the program’s objectives and our industry. They collaborated closely with us to design the program and trained local facilitators in each region, ensuring we could deliver a consistent experience globally while respecting local languages and cultural nuances.

**What do you dislike about Hemsley Fraser?**

I didn’t encounter anything I disliked during this process. The team has been highly collaborative and consistently supportive throughout.
