A suite of programs that provide opportunities for employees to change their behaviour for better outcomes. The programs equipped employees with the skills and knowledge to have confidence and success in their communication

**What do you like best about Crucial Learning?**

The instructional design of the programs, the learning resources and support provided

**What do you dislike about Crucial Learning?**

It would be great to have more on offer, but also regular updates to the videos so they stay contemporary. In Australia, the feedback is that some videos can be difficult to understand

**Recommendations to others considering Crucial Learning:**

Get this into your organisation as quick as possible, get buy in from the top as there is no barrier from the rest of the employee cohort

**What problems is Crucial Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem to solve is around psychological safety and communication deficits
