**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

The fact that I can easily segregate my clients and have a full history of my connection to them is amazing. I like the fact that I can send a link to them and then talk them through what to do when they receive it (many are elderly and techo-illiterate). The emails and link are professional and give them reassurance. I like unattended access for those clients that need that extra layer of help. Love this app.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

I really can't complain. I like that there is a free tier that really, truly lets me try it out with nagging me to upgrade. Ironically, this may well lead me to a paid tier - precisely because they don't nag and let me really test the product. Occasionally there are days when the screen drops, but it reconnects with a click.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many elderly clients cannot understand how to open a webpage, navigate to the correct platform download and then install, open and navigate a complex app. Helpwire sends a single link that immediately downloads the app. As long as they can then click the download, we are good to go. Killer feature for the non-technoliterate!

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

As a long-time TeamViewer user for personal projects and helping family, I grew increasingly frustrated with its frequent disconnections and persistent "commercial use" warnings, despite my usage being entirely non-commercial. The sessions would time out constantly, making it almost unusable. I decided to search for an alternative and found Helpwire. I am incredibly impressed. Helpwire provides a stable, reliable connection without any of the interruptions I faced before. The setup is simple, and it just works.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

File transfer doesn't work sometimes. I have to try multiple times to make it work.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a PhD student working in computational drug discovery. I frequently need to access workstation computers in my lab and HelpWire is a near perfect solution for me.

Very good and free alternative to TV. Easy to use and nice concept. No annoying disconnections and forcing to buy premium\bussiness subscription\ or smth like that.

Connection sometimes might be broken. But can't complain because the product is free at the moment (JUL 2025)

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

Helpwire is a free remote application that allows technicians to provide customer support seamlessly on Windows as well as macOS from anywhere in the world. It has an intuitive user interface that ensures ease of use to the customers. It offers dynamic features including file transfer, client management, and help desk process promptly. It can connect multiple screens.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

Helpwire sometimes lags in between sessions. It does not support mobile and the screen recording feature is not installed in the application which are some drawbacks.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpWire's minimalist user interface and convenient session embark on the elimination of the necessity for extensive configurations, letting professionals swiftly resolve consumer constraints.
Enabling multiple desktop connectivity enhances customer satisfaction and time management in resolving technological issues. 
Features like file sharing provide seamless transfer of important data and information, multi-monitor support enables switching to many systems quickly, and managing address books of clients over the Internet reduces the need for in-person customer service.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

Helpwire has exceeded our expectations in every way. It's design and easy to use feature make it accessible for everyone.Most important feature is the Cross-platform compatibility,which allows to assist users on various operating system without any issue.There are lots of feature to describe briefly but I'll say Helpwire has become an indispensable tool in Remote support toolkit.it's reliable,efficient and incredible.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

Limited mobile support I found a major drawback about the helpwire. screen recording is a issue also and sometimes there's a delay to connect specially when we need it urgently.

The security problems in Remote settings are biggest problem to protect the information or data. So Helpwire's security meassures gives us peace of mind because we know that all remote sessions are safe and secure.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

HelpWire's easy-to-use design and smooth integration were its two most alluring features. The user-friendly layout of the platform makes navigating through its features a breeze, especially for those who are not very tech-savvy. The support staff also responds to inquiries with exceptional promptness and accuracy, which is commendable.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

On the other hand, I felt that there was sometimes a delay in connection, which was a little disappointing. The service occasionally delays a little bit at busy times, which might be a little annoying when you have urgent work to do. To help users fully utilise the platform's possibilities, some of the complex functions, even with their usually intuitive layout, may utilise more thorough tutorials or instructions.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

Working for myself means I need the best tools to help me provide my clients with the best services. Today, HelpWire is my number-one source for remote assistance. The fact that the system is secured in the cloud relieves a lot of stress from me, and the easy-to-use interface makes it very easy to work with. This is a big plus if it is completely free. One of the things I like most about this tool is that it has a smooth file transfer option and an instant chat option for communicating during sessions. In general, HelpWire is a great addition to the set of tools that I use for my projects.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

I recently encountered a scenario where having unattended access would have been beneficial. Apart from that, I haven't come across any significant disadvantages.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

The easier use or the application which is user friendly and gives you a lot of benefits on free basis, working from home this application gives me remote support for file transfers, screen sharing and easy communication through the chatbox. What else is needed for your work from home profile.

There are a few things that needs to be upgraded but so far didn't come across any issues while using HelpWire.

One of the major helpful features of HelpWire is that I can transfer the files easily without any hassles, and being a WFH employee I can always be in conversation through the chatbox.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

Being in HR, I am regularly onboarding and training new joinees as we work on Remote. We always had been using a few other Remote support Apps inluding Anydesk but we did not wanted to upgrade to paid version and then my colleague referrred me Helpwire and since then we have not looked back or in any other direction. It is safe, secure and fast. THe installation and connection setup is very fast and secured and it's free for individual and cusinesses both.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

I am happy with the App but I wish they had Screen recording and Mobile support too.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpwire helps us in our day to day  work for training and support. Our company works in Remote and we needed a good Remote support App which was fast secure and most important free. Helpwire checked all these boxes and they have 24/7 customer support too.

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

HelpWire's fascinating feature is that makes it easy to provide remote support. It allows individuals to connect to client computers quickly and easily, without needing to install software on the client side. Moreover, its built-in chat function and the ability to transfer files make it more convenient. It is free to use, which makes it a cost-effective solution for businesses of all sizes. I hardly recommend this to use.

I found Nothing to dislike, overall it's good.

I face problems in file transfer while chatting in other software which is overcome by helpwire.
