**What do you like best about Helpling?**

This app is good for all domestic cleaners as it connects and provides a marketplace. The services are available in a variety. easy to book.

**What do you dislike about Helpling?**

The commission is too much for intermediate service providers according to me. Also, ppl have to pay much high for services. Need to work on customer support as well

**What problems is Helpling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So after I started using this app, I am investing less time in house cleaning and able to utilise my time to more important things, It can be difficult and time-consuming for me to find reliable cleaning or home service professionals which I can trust. The helpers are professional unlike other cleaners.
