The UI looks top notch ! It's super helpful for the dev team, providing a view across the whole system. . It provided us an overview of our systems that we just didn't have previously, and it helped us fix bugs we didn't even know we had. The Helios team is very responsive to feedback as well, implementing requested features and fixing bugs reported at a fast pace. **What do you dislike about Helios?** It's still a young product so it needs more features to be added to it, so we can stop using other providers entirely, but I believe their team is working hard on delivering an amazing observability tool. **What problems is Helios solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers us observability and monitoring of our services and an unmatched way to debug our systems in deployed environments. Helios is an exceptional debugging tool that allows you to effortlessly trace the entire flow of an API, from the client's request all the way to the database and the resulting response. This tool has changed our bug solving approach! **What do you dislike about Helios?** I don’t have anything I dislike about Helios, but when I do find something they are always available to hear and improve. **What problems is Helios solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us trace the source of a bug very quickly compared to the time we didn’t work with Helios. ### 5. Really helpfull to see visually scheme of issues/error to figure out what to fix. **What do you dislike about Helios?** Sometimes there is needed time to load all data that you need, so your browser can start working slower; maybe it would be a good idea to load just some data required for the slowest requests and then ask the user if it's needed in more detailed info. **What problems is Helios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Investigation of issues, errors that could be found in logs, but it's much easier to see the complete picture of a request or a bunch of requests to check it in a faster way than checking only text logs. ### 6.
