**What do you like best about heddl?**

I really like that Heddl manages outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp in one place, making it easy for founders to keep track of every conversation without missing out on follow-ups. The biggest benefit for us is the unified inbox that brings every prospect thread across every channel into one place with full context, so there's no need to juggle between different apps. This has dramatically reduced our tool sprawl and tracking workload. Getting set up on Heddl was straightforward, with the intuitive interface allowing our team to be productive quickly. The onboarding demo from Sean was also a big help with this. I also appreciate the bi-directional CRM sync, which allows Heddl to integrate with existing tools rather than replace them, making adoption much easier.

**What do you dislike about heddl?**

Some of our founders were already deep into HubSpot wanted more flexibility in how Heddl syncs with their existing workflows. The native integration works, but the customization options are still limited for teams with more complex CRM setups. It's clearly on the roadmap and the team is moving fast, but it's the one area where we felt the product's early-stage nature.

**What problems is heddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heddl to manage outreach on multiple channels, solving fragmentation issues and ensuring no prospect conversation or follow-up gets missed or duplicated.

It’s an all-in-one GTM tool that includes multiple ways to do outreach and data scraping.

**What do you dislike about heddl?**

No, it’s a perfect tool. There’s nothing about it that I felt like disliking.

**What problems is heddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, I’m a GTM Engineer who needs an all-in-one tool for scraping and outreach. This provides both, so I don’t need to purchase another tool separately.

**What do you like best about heddl?**

I use Heddl for driving open innovation programs, and it significantly helps in discovering new startups and their founders. I love that it helps me quickly discover companies with high fitment scores based on the exact use case definition we provide with KPIs. The initial setup of Heddl was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about heddl?**

It should have more integrations with other platforms like CRM platforms or work management platforms.

**What problems is heddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use heddl to scout startups for corporates, solving the problem of finding startups specific to corporate needs and helping us discover new startups and founders quickly.
