Very easy to set up and requires the bare minimum resources from Engineering to implement. Maintenance is also a breeze and again minimizes engineering resources to maintain. We run a lot of experiments and it's so helpful to use Heap to see how our website changes may impact customers. We saw lower conversion rates when we launched a new version of our onboarding quiz. The best aspect of Heap is that the data can be as granular as you want. I think Heap is helpful if you want to look at the meta-data of what users are doing and having trouble with - it is immensely helpful to be able to pinpoint where users are getting stuck so the team can address these pain points especially in a B2B environment.
