What do you like best about Healigo?

It is a very effective physical therapy solution that replaces the typical brochures allowing a better visualization of the exercises for patients to perform correctly at home, so that their recovery tends to be in less time without fully comply with the assigned treatments and is that in addition to exercise management and the prescription of recovery plans or treatment also allows to

monitoring the activities performed by the patient, all this makes it an excellent application for the assessment and monitoring of clinical cases. What do you dislike about Healigo?

I would like to develop in future updates, a database where you can filter or view patient records, in addition to integrating an appointment management functionality, this would be very significant as it would allow me to centralize all administrative and clinical management of my patients in a single tool,since I currently use 3 complementary software to be able to have organized and be more efficient in my medical office, on the other hand more flexibility in customization, that somewhere on the screen reflects the logo of the clinic where I work apart from the therapist assigned, it would be greater because it would give more formality to the program, in addition to highlighting the sense of belonging of the contractor of the software service.

What problems is Healigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the first place I would like to emphasize that I am very satisfied with the functioning of this program, it has allowed me to verify and to monitor continuously the evolution of my patients, besides to watch over the fulfillment of the program of exercises, I love the alerts of reminder that it supplies to the patient for the accomplishment of the routine of exercises, reason why it has allowed them to recover of a more effective and fast way, increasing its levels of mobility and my levels of effectiveness like professional, in addition to facilitating our work as therapists, since the patient with the continuous visualization of images and videos, can learn exercise routines without the need to go every day to the machine room or rehabilitation of our clinic, or that has also improved the flow of patient in our exercise room because previously tended to oversaturate and patients had to wait a certain time to be treated in a personalized way and a place available to run the exercises. What do you like best about Healigo?

It is an easy tool to use, its configuration is simple, allows to store and track the exercise plans that we have established for our patients, creating a virtual database that will also facilitate monitoring the evolution of the patient, additionally generate notification alerts to ensure compliance with the exercise plan. What do you dislike about Healigo?

Sometimes the mobile application slows down a little and we have to wait for the videos to load. On the other hand I would like it to be a little more comprehensive and develop the billing function, for example would be of great help, in addition to being more customizable, allowing the entry of the logo of our clinic and this will be reflected on the board at the start of the session in the program. What problems is Healigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main benefit is that through this application we have improved the attention of our customers, as it has great visual content, through exercise plans and viewing videos can run them with greater accuracy which means an increase in patient recovery, in addition to the continuous system of reminders, additionally with the establishment of a virtual database of patient records, helping us enormously with the organization of the clinical history of our patients, since we can locate their files and perform evaluations if necessary in a short time with just a click.

What do you like best about Healigo?

It is a software with a very simple and intuitive interface, is easy to use even for inexperienced users, I love that it can be used to store the history of my patients (database), where I can appreciate or monitor the progress that are presented throughout the implementation of the treatment or exercise program, Another aspect to highlight is that through the mobile application I can manage all these data in the same way, so if a patient or the administration of a clinic need me emergency I can review or access the database with a click and quickly vrify the medical case.

What do you dislike about Healigo?

It is a recent software, so it is still under development however the functions already seen are available, are really efficient, however I would like to enter the operation the option of customization of the protocols of exercise care for each patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Among the benefits obtained by acquiring this program have been that through the I can develop collecting information from the database stored in systems an exercise plan for my patients, in addition to managing, monitoring and control of prority cases such as those suffering from acute pain, children, elderly and high performance athletes, sim ambargo the best approach that we have obtained is the increase in the rate of patients attended, since we have been able to culminate treatments with very positive results through this tool, additionally the Apps has allowed to establish better channels of communication with the patient, which is generated in a greater attention and satisfaction of our customers.
